In my professional journey, the transition from an Indian Army Veteran to a corporate strategist stands as an infallible testament to my high degree of adaptability, astute leadership, and continuous learning.

My 31 years of distinguished service in uniform, primarily in the Logistics domain, have been the bedrock upon which I’ve built a second career in corporate India that synergizes military precision with business acumen.

In early 2022, after joining  Mahindra Logistics Ltd (MLL), I embarked on a mission to elevate the Built-to-Suit (BTS) Warehousing vertical. Managing approximately 4.5 million square feet of premium warehouse space across India was not just an assignment; rather it was a strategic operation that demanded the same level of commitment and excellence that I upheld while in the Army.

The success of this endeavor led to my elevation as Cluster Head for North India in the Automotive and Farms Sector at MLL, where I currently lead 3PL operations at Mahindra and Mahindra’s auto manufacturing plants at Rudrapur and Haridwar.

My corporate tenure is parallelly complemented by a profound expertise in Business Continuity Management (BCM). As a holder of the prestigious MBCI credential from the Business Continuity Institute, UK, I bring a global perspective to Resilience and Risk Management.

Furthermore, being the first Defence Services officer to earn the CRMP credential from RIMS, USA, and being invited to serve on RIMS’ Regional Advisory Group for South Asia, I have successfully bridged the gap between military strategies and corporate risk mitigation.

I remain supremely proud of also being currently enrolled as a PhD Research Scholar at Sir Padampat Sighania University, Udaipur where my selected research area is primarily centric on Sustainable Supply Chain Management.
