During this 20-30 minute phone conversation, we discuss your specific needs, answer questions, and explore how we can help. If there’s a good fit, we prepare a proposal outlining our approach, timeline, and investment. You decide whether to proceed. Throughout the engagement, we work collaboratively with your team, providing hands-on implementation support – not just strategy documents.
A: It varies based on project scope and complexity. Focused interventions may be completed relatively quickly, while comprehensive strategic transformations require longer engagement periods to ensure sustainable results. We design engagements based on your specific needs and timeline. For veterans services, transition support duration varies by individual – some complete the process in weeks, others benefit from ongoing mentorship over extended periods.
A: Both, depending on project requirements and client preferences. We serve clients pan-India through a combination of on-site engagements (particularly during discovery and implementation phases) and remote consulting via phone, video, and secure digital collaboration. Our current client engagement involves managing multi-site operations nationwide, so we’re experienced in both on-site and remote delivery models.

ABOUT PAYMENTS & COMMERCIAL TERMS
A: Payment terms are outlined in each service agreement and vary based on engagement type. Possible arrangements could include: (1) Retainer model: Monthly fee for ongoing advisory support; (2) Project-based: Milestone payments such as advance payment, milestone-based payments, and completion payment; (3) Hybrid: Combination of retainer plus success fees for specific outcomes. For smaller engagements, advance payment may be discussed. Terms are always discussed transparently during proposal stage before any commitment.

A: No, we do not accept cash payments. All transactions must be conducted through online banking channels – bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) to our Karnataka Bank current account or UPI transfer – to ensure complete transparency, legal compliance, and proper documentation. This protects both parties and maintains the integrity of our business practices.
A: Yes, we accept UPI transfers, which are particularly convenient for smaller organizations, sole proprietors, and individual clients. UPI works well for advance payments, retainer fees, and smaller transaction amounts. For larger project fees or corporate clients who prefer formal banking documentation, we recommend direct bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) to our Karnataka Bank current account. All transactions are properly documented with GST-compliant invoices regardless of payment method.
A: Yes, Zentra Consulting is fully GST compliant. All invoices include applicable GST at the prevailing rate (currently 18% for consulting services). We provide proper GST invoices with our GSTIN clearly mentioned, which you can use for your input tax credit claims. You’ll receive both the invoice and payment confirmation for your records. All financial transactions are conducted through our registered current account with Karnataka Bank Ltd, ensuring complete transparency and compliance.
A: Invoices are issued electronically via email in PDF format. Each invoice includes: (1) Our GSTIN and business details, (2) Your company details, (3) Service description, (4) Fee breakdown, (5) GST calculation, (6) Total amount due, (7) Payment instructions including our Karnataka Bank account details (Account Number, IFSC Code) and UPI ID for convenient payment, (8) Invoice number for tracking. All invoices comply with GST regulations and provide complete payment information. You can make payment via bank transfer or UPI as per your preference.
A: Our policy varies by engagement type: (1) Discovery Calls are free, so no refund issue; (2) For retainer arrangements: 30 days notice required for cancellation, prorated refund for unused portion; (3) For project-based work: Refunds calculated based on work completed to date, minus any non-recoverable costs; (4) Advance payments: Refundable if we mutually agree not to proceed before work begins. Specific terms are included in each service agreement. We aim to be fair and transparent – if you’re unhappy with our service, we’ll work to make it right.
