He also oversaw operations and educational initiatives at two Army Pre-Primary Schools, nurturing environments that fostered strong early childhood learning foundations.

As Secretary to the Chairman of a Sainik School, he contributed to strategic planning, administrative leadership, and the integration of innovative educational practices at the institution.

These experiences have equipped him with deep insights into educational administration, making him a trusted advisor and solutions architect for academic and social sector organizations.

Corporate & Consulting Excellence

In the corporate arena, Col. Tantra was handpicked by the CEO & MD of Mahindra Logistics Ltd MLL) to establish and lead the Built-To-Suit (BTS) Services vertical, overseeing over 4.5 million sq. ft. of niche warehousing across seven cities — a testament to his strategic vision and execution prowess.

Later, he also led multi-disciplinary teams of MLL  at Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) auto manufacturing facilities, achieving the prestigious L5 Client Sign-Off — the highest industry benchmark for service quality and client satisfaction.

Currently, as a Consultant, he is spearheading transformation projects in Inventory Management & Stores Accounting (IM&SA), while also leading teams of Facilities Management and Corporate Administration at e2E Rail an ISO 9001:2005 rail infra company,  delivering strategic insights and operational excellence that drive measurable impact.

 Academic Rigor & Professional Development

A passionate lifelong learner, Col. Tantra is currently pursuing a PhD in Supply Chain Management.

He holds an MBA, and besides, he has earned several advanced professional certifications, including 

• Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), RIMS USA 
• Member of the Business Continuity Institute (UK), BCI UK
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, KPMG and 
• Project Management Professional (PMP,) PMI USA,  among others.
